Muralidharan Thoykkat (Murali) has been a Commodity Trader for more than 4 decades. He started his sales career a way back in early 80’s but has held responsible positions from early 90’s. Mr.Murali has occupied key positions in big Companies in senior management positions in both procurement as well as sales, and these portfolios had greatly helped him to be successful when he took over varied senior positions in his career. He has good knowledge in Cement and Cement raw materials as he has dealt with Mega Cement Corporations in India, China and other countries in South East Asia.

Chandra Mohan Nair has been in Shipping and Oil & Gas Drilling for more than 48 years , having worked in prestigious companies Shipping Corporation of India. V ships(USA) New York, Drilling/Marine Chief Engineer in Sedco Forex, Schlumberger, Houston USA, Scan Drilling Company, USA, Pacific International Lines, Singapore and also held the prestigious position as Engineer Superintendent in B+H Ship Shipping, an American Shipping Company. He is also a promoter of Spalon India Pvt Ltd. With more than 4 decades of sea going experience as chief Engineer of large vessels conglomerates and hands on management experience of managing large shipping companies as profit Center Head. He is one of the few shipping engineers gone to the position of Engineer Superintendent, especially large shipping organizations like B+H Ship Shipping , Connecticut, USA.

A doyen of shipping industry, he has also proven as the successful entrepreneur promoting the family business Spalon India Ltd, currently the net worth Rs. 250 crores with 600 staffs with branches in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

He is a great visionary with high business acumen. He was also a faculty of AMET , Chennai and Sri Chakra Maritime, Pondicherry.
